How long will it take to build my new home?

From commencement of earthworks, we take 16 weeks to build your home and hand-over keys.

Do you provide finance?

No, we do not provide finance. You will need to arrange this with your preferred lender.

How long does it take to get approval to build?

Upon completion of construction drawings, the approval process to commence building takes about 4-6 weeks. If a Development Application is required through Council, this can take between 10–12 weeks.

What options for finishes can I have?

Depending on the house package you choose, several décor options are available that have been designed by our consultant. We will also arrange for you to meet with our Interior Stylist who can further assist with various options based on our standard builders’ range. This will ensure you can achieve the best outcome for your budget.

Where do you build?

We build throughout the Greater Sydney region. Other locations will be considered.

Do you do knockdown / rebuilds?

Yes! We can assist in the complete process of demolishing your existing home through to the design and construction of your new home.

Do you do granny flats / dual occupancies?

Yes, subject to land size, and dependant on council regulations / restrictions.

Do you do duplexes?

Yes, subject to land size, and dependant on council regulations / restrictions.
